We are seeking a motivated and strategic Channel and Partnership Business Development Representative to spearhead their growth and build a strong installer network.
What You'll Do: 
Develop and manage a dynamic portfolio of installers to market AI surveillance solutions to top retail clients.
Focus on franchisees initially, with strategic sales to major accounts in a subsequent phase.
Identify and on-board new integrators while maintaining direct relationships with key prospects.
Drive and lead sales initiatives, ensuring exceptional performance of the installer portfolio.
Requirements
~ Demonstrated ability to work with margins and enhance portfolio performance.
~ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
~ Strong leadership abilities to inspire and manage partners effectively.
~ Entrepreneurial spirit, open to performance-based benefits (BSPCE).
~5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in sales, especially in business development or account management specifically in Channel and Partnership Sales
Exceptional skills in raising and managing sales activities, with a keen commercial sense.
Experience as a Business Manager/Business Developer/Account Executive, adept in sales and understands how to lead a portfolio to ensure optimal performance.
