At Eutelsat Group, we are committed to supporting your well-being and ensuring you have the flexibility you need to succeed both at work and at home.Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Manager Account Receivable to join our team and play a critical role in managing financial operations and supporting the growth of Eutelsat Group. In this position, you’ll work closely with the finance team, senior management, and various internal departments, contributing directly to the accuracy and efficiency of accounts receivable operations. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a global leader in satellite communications that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development.What You’ll Do:Oversight of Accounts Receivable : Lead all accounting operations related to the group’s accounts receivable, including managing receivables, payments, and collections, while ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards.Management of Monthly and Annual Closures : Ensure the preparation and coordination of monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring that all customer transactions are accurately recorded and reporting deadlines are met. Team Leadership and Management : Lead and support a team of 3 accounting professionals by organizing tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting individual skill development within the department.Accounts Receivable Analysis and Reporting : Analyze customer balances and cash flow, identify risks related to receivables, and propose solutions for improvement. Prepare regular reports on outstanding receivables, overdue accounts, and risk management for senior management.Serve as the main point of contact for subsidiaries and internal departments for all intercompany transaction-related matters, ensuring consistency in accounting practices across the group. Facilitate smooth communication and effective coordination of accounts receivable processes within the group.Management of Disputes and Customer Issues : Oversee the management of customer disputes and ensure prompt resolution. Propose and implement improvements to accounts receivable processes to optimize efficiency, data accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. Participate in the implementation or enhancement of IT systems (SAP HANNA, Salesforce) and reporting tools (Excel).Internal and External Audits : Actively contribute to both internal and external audits by providing necessary information on accounts receivable and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations.What You’ll Need:Education : Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with proven experience in managing accounts receivable.Skills :Proficiency in SAP HANNA, Salesforce, and Excel.Fluent in English is required.Strong team management skills.The Eutelsat Group treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
