Êtes-vous prêt(e) pour la prochaine étape de votre carrière ?Pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale en France, MASCOT WORKWEAR recherche un(e) nouveau/nouvelle Account Manager TESTED TO WORK. Le poste est basé dans la région Est de la France.Le poste :Vous contribuerez au développement du marché français auprès des distributeurs professionnels et des utilisateurs finaux dans votre région. Vous agirez à la fois de manière autonome et en collaboration avec les distributeurs locaux. Votre rôle consistera à maintenir le réseau existant tout en prospectant pour développer un portefeuille de nouveaux utilisateurs finaux comptant plus de 50 porteurs de vêtements de travail.Créer une relation solide avec nos distributeurs est un élément clé du concept de MASCOT. Vous entretiendrez des relations étroites avec nos partenaires stratégiques. Les distributeurs sont suivis conjointement par le Responsable des Ventes Régionales Distribution (Area Sales Manager) et par le Responsable Commercial Prescription End-Users (Account Manager). Ensemble, vous serez responsables des activités dans votre secteur géographique.Vous rejoindrez une équipe française composée de 14 collaborateurs et rapporterez directement au Country Manager France.Votre profil :Vous avez une expérience réussie en vente B2B et/ou dans le réseau de distribution professionnelle.Une connaissance des canaux de vente ou des vêtements de travail et équipements de protection individuelle est un atout.Vous êtes communicatif/ve, organisé(e), résistant(e) au stress et doté(e) d’une grande énergie. Vous appréciez un équilibre entre actions de prospection et suivi/analyse d’un réseau de distributeurs.Vous êtes un(e) travailleur(euse) d’équipe tout en étant capable de travailler de manière autonome.Niveau Bac+2 minimum avec une expérience pertinente, et un bon niveau d’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.Vous avez un CV stable et cohérent.Rejoignez une culture d’entreprise forte :MASCOT est une entreprise internationale en pleine croissance, avec une culture forte fondée sur l’engagement, la compétence, le travail acharné et la collaboration.
