SummaryJob Description:NAVBLUE is currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on NAVBLUE’s Plan & Control (OCC) value stream to drive the Marketing activities providing market and competitor intelligence, and developing analyses to successfully support NAVBLUE’s business targets.AccountabilitiesAssist in aggressively growing the business by providing technical pre-sales support and training with Marketing feedback and recommendations to the Sales team for assigned products and services.Specific responsibilities include executing the Marketing plan, market research and analyses, customer presentations and/or demonstrations, supporting other NAVBLUE business lines activities including but not limited to bid management and RFP activities with Marketing feedback and recommendations.Stay apprised of current technology and airline business processes and practices in the market in an effort to be recognized as an expert in the specified technology and airline know-how relevant to NAVBLUE’s products and services.DimensionsOrder Intake & KPI targets: New Business, Renewals and KPIs based on Business development and Marketing targets - support with Marketing actions, analyses, feedback and recommendations.No direct management of Marketing team members, objectives and recruitment/turnover.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the Marketing activities for the objectives in the Plan & Control (OCC) value stream.Develop and complete market analyses (competition, current and forecast markets), and synthesize the outcomes to support the respective NAVBLUE business lines including, but not limited to: Portfolio Growth, Strategy & Partnerships, Customer Fulfillment.Support go-to-market strategies including sales tool-kit, sales force training and pricing policy development.Manage Pricing strategy for assigned products and services.Support of the NAVBLUE Customer Feedback Loop (market research, customer focus groups, controlled entry into service and trial programs, and user forums).Support all stages of the sales cycle including, but not limited to, supporting the opportunity pursuit planning, preparation and delivery of presentations and demonstrations to customers, supporting customer meetings, and supporting the development of proposals and RFP (RFx) responses with marketing recommendations and feedback.Provide a communication path to the respective product managers relating to commercial and operational issues.Provide Marketing content and support for press releases, internal/external websites, blogs, social media, trade shows, and events and conferences.Demonstrate products and services using all types of tools (brochures, demonstrations, presentations) and articulate product capabilities and sales differentiators (unique selling points).Support NAVBLUE Air, the internal NAVBLUE Operations Control Center for customer experience.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members matrixed to the assigned value stream.EducationQualified Experience / Skills / Training:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training.ExperienceAt least 5 years of marketing experience.Strong technical knowledge of flight planning and/or operations & crew management.Previous experience with a major Flight Operations solutions provider and/or major airline is preferred.Experience in guiding and mentoring people is preferred.Licensure/CertificationsPreference to have Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certifications.Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & CompetenciesMust work effectively with others in a team environment as well as work independently with little supervision, depending on the task at hand.Capable of understanding and using enterprise software solutions.Capable of demonstrating high-level of product knowledge internally and to customers.Understanding of market trends in a fast-moving environment.Have a clear understanding of product evolutions and priorities at all times.Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses.Must possess strong analytical/critical thinking skills.Must possess superior product knowledge as it relates to the defined product suite.Communication SkillsFluent in English.Communication skills and effective interpersonal skills appropriate for interacting with customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Technical Systems ProficiencyCompetent in the use of the Google Workspace suite of products.Capable of understanding and learning to use enterprise software solutions such as Salesforce, Qlik Sense, LoopIO, and Cirium.Travel RequiredMust be able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.CompanyNAVBLUE SASContract TypePermanentExperience LevelProfessionalJob FamilySales, Marketing & Commercial Contracts #J-18808-Ljbffr
