With sales agents always on the move, and suppliers or clients based on the 5 continents, the APA needs a great sense of organization, but also be hands-on, independent, and truly multi-tasking.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring payment collection with supporting documentation and relations with financial departments of pharma and biopharma companies globally.
- Supervising project financials (budgets, spending cuts etc.)
- Bank and chartered accountants’ relations
- Preparing bank transfers
- Monitoring accounts
- Coordination with our accountants and legal providers, in the UK or other locations.
- Logistics for travel and others for our CEO and small team
- Following and supervising financial aspects of the company (Calculation of sales commissions and bonuses for agents, payments of monthly fees)
- Following up on HR aspects (leaves, holidays, contracts, etc.)
- Recruitment of agents (job posting, filtering CVs, first contact, scheduling interviews, etc.)

**Working schedule: 16h to 20h per week, to choose between 9 to 13 or 14 to 18, with possibility to discuss.**

**Compensation: to be discussed.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent English + preferably one of the following languages: French, Spanish
- Previous work experience in similar position/tasks
- Knowledge of Excel and other eager to use technologies to streamline process
