**About the role**:
Trustpair is the leading platform **empowering Procure-to-Pay teams to manage vendor payment fraud**. To support our commercial expansion and achieve **ambitious growth** in the** European and US** territories, Trustpair is looking for a Pre-Sales Team Lead to lead and strengthen the current team (2 people).

As Pre-Sales Team Lead, **you'll drive best practices **and develop expertise in the team, whilst having a strong focus on **impact and value**. **Our collaborative approach** means you'll also work closely with our Account Executive and CSM teams as we expand Trustpair’s footprint across new markets in France, Europe & the US

We are looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high energy, sales professional who can think strategically, is comfortable with **conceptual & solution selling**, and can create momentum within large and complex organizations.

**What you'll do**:

- Alongside our sales leader, define a sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual objectives, closely collaborating with the AE and AM teams
- Establish best practices within our Pre-Sales team and monitor our team’s time allocation to maximize their impact (focus on the most strategic deals)
- Ensure that our Pre-sales team acts as a point of reference for the revenue teams on technical, functional and data dimensions of Trustpair’s product, to guarantee the highest level of expertise is provided to our prospects during the sales cycle as well as our Unique Value proposition
- Ensure our team works with the necessary resources, especially on materials related to the product and integration, as well as the definition of the key use cases and associated materials
- Manage the POCs & tests
- Participate in various meetings during the sales cycle, bring value, create differentiators from competition and contribute to close the deal
- Build relationships with C-Levels and key stakeholders at the right levels of the customer's organisation and with the relevant partners involved in the opportunity

**Must-Haves**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in selling SaaS B2B, including minimum 3 years as Pre-Sales
- Experience with international clients, supporting them in English
- Ability to coordinate a project from A-Z, by laying out tasks, distributing and following up on them, managing time and quality of outputs
- You demonstrate a deep empathy for the client, with the ability to translate** **clients’ problems into solutions and value propositions
- Highly developed attention to detail, ability to follow & implement rigorous methodologies and processes
- Impactful communication skills (concise, precise, convincing, engaging)
- Fluent in French & English (able to sell in either language)

- Experience in selling to Enterprise level clients, engaging with multiple stakeholders and ensuring everyone is aligned
