**L’approche par compétence ou APC est un mode d’enseignement fondé sur l’idée que les apprenants peuvent être évalués sur la base de ce qu’ils font et savent, et pas seulement sur ce qu’ils savent ou font mal.**

**Descriptif du poste**

Nous recherchons une ou un alternant **Customer Success Manager** pour accompagner et faciliter l’utilisation optimale de la plateforme.
Tu es garant du succès de Campus Skills auprès de ses clients. Tu t’engages sur l’utilisation optimale de la plateforme pour accompagner la réussite des apprenants.
Tu travailles en collaboration étroite avec le Customer Success Lead et l’équipe Campus Skills : Development, Sales, Marketing, Communication.
Tes missions sont centrées sur les clients et s’articulent autour de la livraison de la plateforme, de la prise en main, du support et de l’utilisation par ses administrateurs.

**Tes missions**:

- Être un power user de la plateforme
- Transcrire les besoins et enjeux de nos clients en processus digitaux opérationnels à forte valeur ajoutée
- Mettre en place et piloter le paramétrage de la plateforme pour les clients
- Accompagner les clients dans le déploiement et la prise en main
- Conseiller le client pour utiliser la pleine valeur de la plateforme pour qu’il en retire le maximum d’impact et de ROI
- Accompagner les clients dans l’utilisation quotidienne
- Optimiser les coûts de production et de livraison
- Renforcer la relation de Campus-Skills avec les clients, les fidéliser
- Partager les retours des clients à l’équipe
- Répondre aux demandes de support des clients
- Contribuer à configurer le chatbot d’aide aux utilisateurs
- Être force de proposition pour l’amélioration du système d’information, en particulier pour automatiser un maximum des processus

**Process de recrutement**
- Premier échange en visio avec le CSM Lead
- Deuxième échange avec le CSM Lead
- Échange/rencontre avec toute l’équipe
