**The role**

Vestel Customer Support Manager you will lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians. You develop, improve and motivate the organization to deliver best service customers would expect, making it the best place to work and targeting growth, efficiency and margin. You'll be managing the customer relationships for our clients in North-West Europe. You're collaborating with internal teams to make sure our customer needs are met and exceeded. You'll look for process improvements and make sure to be compliant with the HSE policies and procedures and the alpitronic Quality management system.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Oversee customer service teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to electrical vehicle chargers and energy storage systems.
- Develop and closely monitor after sales operation performances at assigned area.
- Make sure necessary actions are taken in line with targets.
- Providing communication between Vestel Mobility and the customers in after-sales and marketing related operations.
- Planning and implementation of all customer-oriented, after sales, and marketing-related activities.
- Ensuring that actions are taken to increase customer loyalty
- Preparation of annual budget and business plan with sales teams.
- Establishing periodic after sales partners visits,
- Providing necessary control, guidance, and information support for the sales teams according to Vestel standards.
- Planning and monitoring the service and spare part performances of the after sales partners.
- Providing necessary guidance and coordination for the implementation of new development projects at assigned after sales partners.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similiar or on this level through work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Mobility Industry especially in after sales operations for electrical vehicle chargers
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent negotiations, communications, and collaboration skills, a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented.
- No restriction for travel
- Solid experience in managing customer relationships
- Well organized, structured work ethic and strong communication skills
