- En tant que Strategic Pricing Manager chez Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l’innovation et l’optimisation des stratégies de tarification au sein de l’industrie du fret. Votre mission principale sera de garantir la cohérence et l’efficacité des politiques de tarification entre les quatre équipes de Pricing basées à CDG, Amsterdam, Singapour et Atlanta.Vos responsabilités incluront:

- Définition et coordination des politiques de tarification:
- Élaborer des politiques de tarification pour différents produits.
- Analyser les performances et recueillir des feedbacks sur les méthodes utilisées par les pricing managers et les marchés locaux.

Innovation et amélioration continue:
- Rechercher des opportunités d’amélioration pour notre algorithme de tarification dynamique.
- Travailler sur le développement de nouvelles méthodologies de tarification en tenant compte des besoins et des souhaits des différentes parties prenantes.

Collaboration avec les parties prenantes:

- Représenter la fonction de tarification sur plusieurs plateformes et projets, assurant une mise en œuvre globale cohérente.Votre contribution:
- Assurer que les objectifs de tarification et les résultats attendus soient atteints grâce à des politiques bien définies et mises en œuvre.Où allez-vous atterrir ?Vous rejoindrez Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, l’activité de fret aérien du groupe Air France KLM, avec un réseau mondial desservi depuis les hubs de Paris Charles de Gaulle et Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.- Grâce à la flotte combinée des compagnies aériennes du groupe, nous transportons une large variété de marchandises à travers le monde, complétant ainsi la capacité de transport de notre flotte de passagers avec des avions cargo dédiés.Votre rôle sera déterminant pour maintenir et renforcer notre position de leader dans le secteur du fret aérien, en assurant que nos politiques de tarification soutiennent notre croissance et notre compétitivité sur le marché mondial.**Profil recherché**:

- Vous possédez de solides compétences analytiques et un souci du détail, ce qui vous permet de travailler de manière structurée et persévérante pour accomplir vos tâches. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et n’avez pas peur de la complexité pour atteindre des objectifs communs.- Vous avez- Un diplôme universitaire (de préférence master) dans une discipline commerciale/financière ou quantitative (par exemple, économétrie, finance, économie, administration des affaires, statistiques.
- Maitrise d'Excel nécessaire. Aisance avec SQL, Python serait un plus.
- Une expérience professionnelle dans un environnement commercial serait appréciée
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais (niveau C1l)
- Compétences en gestion des parties prenantes.
