En tant que tels, nous fournissons des composants sécurisés à plus de 100 gouvernements et banques et aux principaux intégrateurs qui peuvent ainsi fournir des documents d'identité, des cartes bancaires et des billets de banque sécurisés à leurs clients.
Pour accompagner notre croissance importante, nous recherchons, un(e) SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER H/F au sein de SURYS, sur le site de Bussy Saint-Georges (77).

Sous l’autorité du Directeur des opérations ventes, vous aurez pour mission de:
- Participer au pilotage de l’activité de l’entreprise à partir de l’étude de données chiffrées
- Elaborer et consolider la prévision de plusieurs Business Lines de la Business Unit
- Challenger les équipes de ventes et de supply pour assurer la qualité des informations
- Définir des outils d’analyse et d’aide à la décision : prévisions et objectifs de vente, tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance, analyse de la conjoncture et des marchés, benchmarks, suivi de la performance et appui aux équipes commerciales
- Définir les priorités afin d’atteindre les objectifs
- Assurer un rôle de référent pour les projets d’amélioration continue du service
- Vous êtes diplômé d’école de commerce, de management de gestion ou d’ingénieur, une spécialité supply / logistique serait un plus avec une première expérience professionnelle confirmée dans un poste similaire
- Vous avez une capacité à comprendre les processus industriels
- Vous avez une forte capacité d’analyse de synthèse et de structuration des informations
- Vous êtes autonome et avez le sens de la précision.
- Vous êtes assertif mais à l’écoute
- Vous avez une aisance avec les outils informatiques, plus particulièrement les outils de gestion de la relation client, tel que le CRM et l’ERP
- Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire
