We work closely with our clients to help them grow their businesses and achieve their marketing goals. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving the success of our clients in the aesthetics industry.

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to aesthetic clinics to promote our marketing services and generate new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in establishing strong relationships and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to aesthetics clinics to introduce our marketing services and explain the benefits of partnering with us.
- Identify key decision-makers and build relationships with clinic owners, managers, and marketing personnel.
- Present our range of marketing solutions tailored to each clinic's specific needs and goals.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of our services.
- Understand aesthetics clinics' challenges and pain points and position our solutions as effective solutions.
- Schedule appointments for further discussions, presentations, or demos with interested prospects.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track all communication and progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably in the aesthetics industry or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Good Communication Skills in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and overcome objections.
- Knowledge of the aesthetics industry, clinics' operations, and marketing needs is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
