**The role you could fill**:
As the project sales lead, you will support sales teams along the process of project sales with our major European customers for last mile delivery, from offer definition to solution implementation.
You will **coordinate **a team of experts to deliver with quality and speed the value proposition defined for each customer. Co-construction workshops will be a key part of your role interfacing both with vehicle project team and Service & solution teams.

**Key responsabilities include but are not limited to**:

- Organize and oversee the roll-out and execution of project sales with a customer-centric approach:

- Work closely with key account teams to understand the specific needs and challenges of clients.
- Support the sales team to define and package customer-centric value propositions that align with clients' operational, ESG and strategic objectives and encompassing both hardware and services.
- Secure the process of co-construction and implement Flexis value-proposition.
- Actively engage in co-construction efforts with all stakeholders with our key customers, facilitating collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Provide training to the Key Account Solutions team.
- Work as one team with other support functions at Flexis:

- Integrate a commando of talents obsessed with customer satisfaction.
- Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs both from a product and service perspective.

- ** Able to structure and implement **360° value proposition and manage implementation of complex offering thanks to project approach.
- Highly engagement for sustainability transition (environment, health & safety)
- High listening skills.
- ** LCV & Last mile delivery** knowledge
- Background with E-mobility would be a plus
- Strong customer obsession with holistic view to build trust.
- Able to work cross functionally in project mode.
- Act as a** real team player,** promoting collaboration and support.
- Fluent **English**

We want to become the primary provider of electrified **last mile delivery **services through **connected solutions and vehicles** for our **B2B **partners and customers.

To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.
We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.
We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
