Flexis - LMD Project Sales Manager CDI H/F

- As the project sales lead, you will support sales teams along the process of project sales with our major European customers for last mile delivery, from offer definition to solution implementation.
- You will **coordinate **a team of experts to deliver with quality and speed the value proposition defined for each customer. Co-construction workshops will be a key part of your role interfacing both with vehicle project team and Service & solution teams.
- **Key responsabilities include but are not limited to**:

- Organize and oversee the roll-out and execution of project sales with a customer-centric approach:

- Work closely with key account teams to understand the specific needs and challenges of clients.
- Support the sales team to define and package customer-centric value propositions that align with clients' operational, ESG and strategic objectives and encompassing both hardware and services.
- Secure the process of co-construction and implement Flexis value-proposition.
- Actively engage in co-construction efforts with all stakeholders with our key customers, facilitating collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Provide training to the Key Account Solutions team.
- Work as one team with other support functions at Flexis:

- Integrate a commando of talents obsessed with customer satisfaction.
- Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs both from a product and service perspective.

- **Able to structure and implement **360° value proposition and manage implementation of complex offering thanks to project approach.
- Highly engagement for sustainability transition (environment, health & safety)
- High listening skills.
- **LCV & Last mile delivery** knowledge
- Background with E-mobility would be a plus
- Strong customer obsession with holistic view to build trust.
- Able to work cross functionally in project mode.
- Act as a** real team player,** promoting collaboration and support.
- Fluent **English**

- We want to become the primary provider of electrified **last mile delivery **services through **connected solutions and vehicles** for our **B2B **partners and customers.To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.

- We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast.
