**What is my role?**:
**Under the supervision of the Global Supply Chain VP, the Order Adminsitration Manager leads all Supply Chain aspects for our Business Partner / end customers, as well as internal customers (sales, program, marketing, GPMO). The Order Administration Manager is responsible for the management of the order to invoice flow of our customers and their satisfaction for the whole of ALE's portfolio: products and services offer (Professional Services, Training, After Sales Service/HWS and Maintenance).**:
**He/she is in charge of managing**:

- The Order Administration team of the Export region (APAC - MEA);
- The Order Administration team dedicated to Services (Prof. Sces, Education, Support, Subscriptions);
- The Supply Chain relationship with our customers: organize responses according to our lead time commitments, ensure weekly and monthly activity points with our Business Partners, the regional Sales and Sales Operations teams;
- Management of global backlog from our Business Partners' orders: identify any dysfunction impacting the non-satisfaction of our customers and act proactively towards our internal actors, such as Credit Management, Procurement, Factories, Logistics and Transport;
- Continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes: listening to our customers and best practices, being a driver for service improvement towards our Business Partners;
- Management of orders invoicing (Products and Services).

**What am I responsible for?**:

- Management of a multidisciplinary team in charge of order administration
- Implementation of team follow-up and management tools
- Be the entry point for Supply Chain escalations
- Represent the Order Administration for yearly Finance Audit
- Liaise with internal teams to provide the best response to Business Partners, handle Supply Chain related Service Requests in a timely manner
- Anticipate malfunctions by regularly reviewing order books and proactively informing our customers
- Drive improvement processes in conjunction with the Supply Chain department in export areas, drive & ensure the execution of export documentation required for the shipment and invoicing of our hardware/software/services
- Drive the transition and change on emerging processes: execution with the process work-around identified for the start-up, work on the improvement (definition of the Workbook) of tools and processes, as well as the implementation of the improvement
- Implementing necessary changes when redesigning and/or simplifying existing processes

**Am I the right person for this?**:
Graduated with a Master’s Degree, ideally an engineer with a background in sales, logistics, economics or technology / or graduated in Suply Chain field - you have a first experience of 8 to 10 years in the field of Supply Chain and / or in a demanding and transforming international subcontracting world

**Specific skills / knowledge desired**:

- Supply Chain skills
- Ability to manage teams
- Mastery of tools (SAP, Sales Force, BI4, Zuora...)
- International Trade knowledge (Export and Import)
- Spirit of analysis, synthesis
- Ability to negotiate and communicate with external and internal partners
- Ability to prioritize, to manage emergencies, flexibility and situational adaptation
- Ability to step back, constructive approach, capitalization on improvements
- Rigor in execution,
- Fluent English is mandatory, German and Spanish are assets

This permanent position is based in France, at Illkirch (67). Some occasional trips are expected.
