Au sein de l'agence conseil UM, vous accompagnez un portefeuille de clients depuis la stratégie des moyens jusqu'à la mise en place et au bilan des campagnes. Vous aurez en charge:
**RESPONSABILITES CLES**
- La prise de brief client : compréhension des enjeux, problématiques, environnement, objectifs et attentes du client,
- Elaborer et compiler l'ensemble des éléments du brief : études consommateur, analyse fonctionnement du marché, registre concurrentiel,
- La réflexion, la rédaction et la présentation des recommandations stratégiques pluri médias en ON et OFF des objectifs clients et insights déterminés en lien avec notre planning stratégique,
- L'accompagnement de vos clients sur les opportunités médias tout en assurant leur transformation digitale,
- La coordination des différentes équipes expertes (digital, programmatique, social media, TV, OOH, opérations spéciales, etc,),
- Devenir le référent quotidien du client au sein de l'agence, s'assurer de sa satisfaction et de la qualité de la prestation,
- Elaborer les analyses concurrentielles ainsi que différentes études (secteur, investissements médias ),
- Participer aux pitchs,
- Produire les synthèses de bilan de campagne.

Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant qu'Account Manager et vous souhaitez évoluer vers un poste d'Account Director. Vous aimez apprendre sur tous les plans et êtes force de proposition. Vous assurez une veille permanente sur les innovations du marché, vous accompagnez vos clients dans la compréhension de leur stratégie globale et dans leur transformation digitale ; vous savez identifier les opportunités et les proposer à vos clients. Vous aimez développer des stratégies et avez une approche et réflexion strategique, vous savez écrire des recommandations percutantes, vous serez amener à apporter votre soutien à votre hiérarchie lors des pitchs.

**COMPETENCE INFORMATIQUE**

Maîtrise du pack office.

**LANGUES**
- Anglais : B2 (minimum et indispensable)
- Français : C1 (professionnel)
