De 1600 collaborateurs répartis sur plus de 700 points de vente, notre ambition est d'accélérer notre croissance en France grâce au développement de notre réseau de magasins via des acquisitions, tout en renforçant l'excellence opérationnelle de notre organisation.**HR Business Partner Retail - Région Ouest (H/F)**A la croisée des chemins entre le Retail et le monde médical, notre cœur de métier se déroule dans plus de 700 centres auditifs répartis partout en France : des audioprothésistes, chargés de clientèles, et conseillers clientèle techniques accompagnent des personnes touchées par une perte auditive via le choix de la solution technique adaptée, ainsi que dans un suivi fréquent et personnalisé. Notre métier est donc avant tout une question de service.Afin de garantir la meilleure expérience client ainsi qu'une bonne performance commerciale, nos équipes en centre sont formées et accompagnées par des Managers de District (MD) et des Directeurs Régionaux (DR). En tant que HRBP, votre rôle est de conseiller cette direction commerciale et ces managers de proximité sur l'ensemble des problématiques RH dans le cycle de vie de leurs collaborateurs : recrutement, intégration, performance, formation, disciplinaire, sortie.Votre périmètre géographique comprend l'Ouest de la France, de la Normandie jusqu'à l'Aquitaine. Ce poste est basé au siège (Paris 14eme) et implique des déplacements fréquents sur le terrain.**Vos missions principales sont les suivantes**:

- Conseiller les managers sur des questions quotidiennes RH et les coacher dans leur posture managériale ;
- Apporter une expertise RH dans la gestion de dossiers individuel/collectif complexes et sensibles, et dans la recherche de solutions ;
- Piloter la performance en collaboration avec le business et mettre en place un plan d'action afin d'améliorer la productivité ;
- Définir le " workforce planning " en collaboration avec la Direction commerciale et le management local et le mettre en oeuvre ;
- Fixer la stratégie de développement des compétences sur le terrain, conduire le processus de gestion des carrières et de fidélisation des collaborateurs (identification des potentiels, people review, plan de succession, mobilité interne...) ;
- Collaborer avec les Centres d'Expertise RH locaux et internationaux sur des projets transverses ;
- Impulser la transformation culturelle et managériale de l'entreprise, dans le respect des valeurs du Groupe ;
**Votre profil**:

- De formation supérieure (BAC+5) en Ressources Humaines, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en tant que RH généraliste de proximité, idéalement sur un périmètre multi site.
- Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres et les indicateurs métiers (RH et Business) : planification des effectifs, gestion des performances, variables de rémunération, budget, etc.
- De nature positive, vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, vous savez travailler en mode projet dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis B et vous acceptez des déplacements réguliers avec votre voiture de fonction (jusqu'à 50%).
- Vous maitrisez l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit et savez évoluer au sein d'une organisation internationale et matricielle.
