**Nous recherchons un Country Sales Lead for France**:
**Dans ce contexte et rattaché au Directeur Général, vos missions principales seront les suivantes**:
- Vous serez chargé(e) d'élaborer des objectifs et stratégies de vente hebdomadaires, mensuels, annuels et saisonniers pour le département “Sales” ;
- Examiner les possibilités de croissance, favoriser l'amélioration des ventes et d'assumer la responsabilité des résultats du département par rapport aux objectifs fixés ;
- Mettre en œuvre, planifier, et développer puis piloter les stratégies et objectifs de vente en adéquation avec la clientèle et les secteurs géographiques ;
- Suivre et analyser le marché, son évolution avec une veille concurrentielle constante;
- Assurer un rôle de mentor pour les postes clés du département en améliorant leurs compétences ;
- Acquérir et fidéliser les restaurants/clients d'entreprise et promouvoir les produits et services JET ;
- Suivre et analyser les résultats/ KPI et les indicateurs de performance choisis
- Préparer, présenter les rapports de performances, au Comex
- Responsable de l'exécution à moyen terme (1 à 3 ans) de la stratégie fonctionnelle et de la direction opérationnelle du département, conformément aux objectifs.
- Manager plusieurs équipes, dont les décisions ont un impact significatif sur le succès ou l'échec global des ventes.
- Membre du Comex, vous êtes en interaction avec la direction générale et d'autres personnes sur des questions importantes pour l'organisation.

- Expérience solide en direction commerciale (5 à 10 ans) et résultats probants
- Compétences avérées en pilotage de performances commerciales et en management d’équipe
- Expérience avérée en CHR, au sein ou auprès de chaînes de restauration bénéficiant d’une forte présence en France et à l’international
- Solides compétences en matière d'influence et de gestion des parties prenantes.
- Capacité à travailler en organisation matricielle et internationale
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral
