Founded in France in 2013 by two French DIY enthusiasts amazed at the lack of digitalization in the market, ManoMano is now present in 6 European countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK), federates over 5,000 sellers and now offers the widest range of DIY and gardening products online (+19 million products references).

**Position Overview**:
ManoMano is seeking a Senior Lead - Commercial Country Lead for a 5-month maternity leave cover to oversee the Business Development and Account Management teams for the German market. This pivotal role focuses on defining the local strategy for the country in the long term, accelerating our growth by managing relationships with key sellers, fostering partnerships, and optimizing the overall seller experience, while integrating new key partners on the different platforms.
**Your Responsibilities**:
**Business development Lead**
- Lead the business development team
- Define and implement strategies for recruiting and onboarding German sellers.
- Streamline the onboarding process for high efficiency.
- Enhance the performance monitoring and support systems for new sellers.
**Account Management Lead**
- Lead the team of Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers to maximize their business potential.
- Act as the main point of contact for seller queries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
**Partnership Building**
- Identify, establish, and nurture local partnerships to enhance ManoMano's brand presence in Germany.
- Organize and manage partnership-related events (fair, communication etc.)
**Team Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on growth and collaboration.
- Foster positive dynamics among team members and with other company functions.
- Define and track team KPIs to ensure strategic goals are met in alignment with company goals
**Profile Requirements**:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (French is a plus).
- Over 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-evolving environment.
