**Position**:

As part of the Retail & Education Europe department, the Senior Manager Education Europe is responsible for the deployment of training to Kendo and Sephora Europe sales teams.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
**Construction and deployment of the Kendo Europe Education strategy**
- Establish a global education strategy consistent with the context, the market specificities and the growth ambitions of our brands
- In collaboration with the Retail and Brand teams, analyze and adapt training needs in line with market specificities and the growth ambitions of our brands
- Design new tools in order to improve the customer experience with in-store services
- Be innovative in the design of new formats aimed at captivating a large and omni-channel audience
- Be at the forefront in the digitalization of training tools through new platforms
- Constantly monitor competitors’ actions: new techniques, concepts, technologies and pedagogical approaches used
- Design and lead training seminars and events in collaboration with the retail teams
- Build an integration path for new internal employees
- Negotiate training slots with our partner Sephora to support our major launches throughout the year
- Propose win-win training formats in line with our priorities and those of the brand
**Management**
- Lead a team of 3 people on a global scale
- Encourage a ‘sharing culture’ in order to promote synergies
- Ensure development skills of your team through individual and stimulating development plans
- Set up structuring managerial rites and rituals in order to coordinate, prioritize and optimize actions
**Management and structure control**
- Define and analyze KPIs to manage the performance and impact of training actions
- Build and manage the annual education budget for all brands, prioritizing and arbitrating investments by brand
- Establish a quarterly roadmap by prioritizing brand actions in line with the Retail Europe Director
- Be agile in the ability to carry out multiple projects simultaneously
**Profile**:
Master’s degree (bac +5), with 8 to 10 years’ experience in the retail sector in an international context and a competitive environment
You have an appetite for the world of cosmetics and beauty tech, for social networks and e-learning platforms
Passionate and inspiring - as a leader, you are result-oriented and driven by collective success
Recognized for your entrepreneurial, pragmatic and methodical spirit, your creativity and taste for innovation
You have a perfect command of Office Pack (in particular PPT and Excel) and Adobe suite
You have perfect communication, oral and written, in French and English
Regular travel in Europe to be expected
Based in Paris
