The Reward Senior Manager leads the development, framing and consistent roll-out of relatable compensation and benefits policies and programs across Europe region, in a Retail dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What impact you can create at Chanel
As a multidisciplinary subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, you accelerate the deployment of the Total Rewards roadmap, in close partnership with HR and Business teams across Europe Region.
As part of your core responsibilities, you:
Continuously enhance adequacy of Rewards programs to Business and People priorities, leveraging the House total rewards strategy
Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new projects and initiatives across Region (eg. Implementation of regional benefits management)
Streamline processes and develop comprehensive rewards governance frameworks to improve operational efficiency, and ensure fair and consistent practices across Region (eg. job architecture maintenance, benefits and perquisites management)
Develop meaningful communication to ensure full impact, understanding of Compensation and benefits programs and philosophy
Ultimately, you actively contribute to maintain a highly engaged workforce through competitive, attractive, fair and equitable rewards across Europe region.
The Reward senior manager will report to the Europe Reward Director, working in synergy with two Europe Reward specialists.
The role is based in Paris.

What you will bring
A 10-12 years' experience in designing, implementing and communicating compensation and benefits programs, in a consulting environment and/or within a structured total rewards framework.
Your practical, hands-on experience of managing benefits and compensation projects, animating multiple stakeholders, and rolling-out them effectively in a multi-country scope
Your excellent (oral and written) communication skills on compensation concepts, to a wide audience of managers, employees and members of the HR community (in English)
Your absolute respect for confidentiality
