Pour soutenir sa forte croissance, Lifen souhaite structurer et renforcer son équipe de vente dédiée aux Institutions de Santé Publique.

Au sein de l'équipe, tu seras au cœur de la stratégie de l'entreprise. Tu te concentreras sur nos cibles de premier niveau afin de renforcer notre position dans les grands hôpitaux avec les objectifs suivants:

- Développer de nouvelles opportunités
- Construire un réseau de prospects

**Tes futures missions en tant que Senior Sales - Etablissements de santé publics**
- Participer à la définition de la stratégie pour approcher nos prospects ;
- Identifier, prendre contact et vendre aux acteurs clés au sein des institutions ciblées ;
- Réseauter avec notre base de clients pour obtenir des introductions auprès de prospects ;
- Développer et maintenir fortement ton réseau en participant à des événements (conférences, foires, etc.) ;
- Te rendre sur site et être un ambassadeur pour Lifen et ses valeurs auprès de multiples parties prenantes ;
- Rendre compte de ton activité commerciale et de ton pipeline via nos outils internes ;
- Assurer une veille permanente du marché, ainsi qu'une veille des prospects.

**Le profil que nous recherchons**

\uD83D\uDE4C Tu as une formation commerciale

\uD83C\uDFE9 Tu as au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste avec des responsabilités similaires et liées aux professions de santé

\uD83D\uDE4C Tu possèdes d'excellentes compétences en négociation, un bon sens des affaires et d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite

\uD83D\uDCAA Tes compétences organisationnelles te permettent de gérer des ventes à long terme

\uD83D\uDC69‍\uD83D\uDCBB Au-delà d'être commercial.le, tu es intéressé.e par le développement de tes compétences en gestion de projets ainsi que par la connaissance de l'industrie de la santé. Tu as un intérêt particulier pour le monde de la santé et des hôpitaux

\uD83E\uDDD7‍ ️ Tu es capable de travailler en équipe dans une culture orientée résultats

\uD83E\uDD1D Tu as d'excellentes compétences relationnelle

\uD83D\uDDE3 Tu sais adapter ton discours à divers interlocuteurs (directeurs, chefs de projet, acteurs institutionnels) et tu n'as pas peur de te rendre sur site
