En tant que HRBP, vous serez directement rattaché(e) à notre Responsable RH et aurez en charge les missions suivantes:
**Accompagnement individuel (vie du collaborateur)**:

- Réalisation d’entretiens RH réguliers avec nos collaborateurs
- Suivi des entretiens de période d’essai
- Suivi des plans d’actions individuels en appui aux référents pour leur mise en œuvre
- Réalisation des entretiens de départ

**Gestion administrative du collaborateur**:

- Suivi des absences : arrêts, CP, RTT, etc.
- Organisation et suivi des visites médicales
- Gestion des changements de situation
- Analyse et validation des notes de frais
- Gestion de la sortie
- Amélioration globale des outils et des processus
- Lien avec la paie

**Animation des communautés internes**:

- Préparation et participation aux réunions avec le collectif managérial (associés inclus), en lien avec votre activité
- Préparation et intervention lors de la réunion mensuelle interne au cabinet

**Reporting RH**:

- Appui / contribution aux enquêtes et reportings sociaux

Profil recherché

**Formation**

De formation supérieure Bac +5, type Ecole de commerce ou RH, vous disposez de minimum 1 année(s) d’expérience (alternance incluse) sur des missions de développement RH et/ou de projets RH.
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur dans le traitement des données confidentielles traitées
- Vous êtes orienté(e) service et solution et aimez aller au contact des collaborateurs
