- Les missions de la Fonction Achats ENGIE Home Service sont de:

La Fonction Achats couvre à la fois les achats et les approvisionnements. Le Master data manager appartient à la filière achats et approvisionnement.
- Raison d'être de l’emploi- Coordonne et organise la production de données fiables sur un périmètre donné (EHS, catégories, projets)
- Contribue à garantir l’architecture de la base de données face au marché fournisseurs tout en respectant la Gouvernance Achats et Approvisionnements ainsi que les règles éthiques et déontologiques du Groupe
- Assiste-le Data-Manager dans ses missions au quotidien
L’alternant(e) data manager assiste le Data-Manager et les acheteurs dans l’animation des catalogues produits nécessaires à la réalisation de l’activité opérationnelle.
- Missions:
- Il est le garant de la qualité des données fournisseurs intégrées dans le système d'information. A ce titre, il intervient tout au long du processus de gestion de la donnée au sein du système d’information.
- Il est amené à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Responsables Approvisionnements et Stocks pour répondre aux besoin du terrain pour améliorer/corriger la base de données
- Analyse de la base de données / recherche de solution pour l’optimisation
- Participer à la mise en place d’une nouvelle Gouvernance des Données Tiers, notamment par le contrôle de la qualité des données et la mise à jour des procédures et modes opératoires ;
- Participer au déploiement du nouveau référentiel
- Vous aurez en charge la mise à jour des données (saisies ou flux d'alimentation) et contribuerez à la définition des nouveaux process de gestion de données.
- Suivre mensuellement les indicateurs clés de l’activité sous la supervision du Data-Manager. Vous appréhenderez ainsi les enjeux du pilotage d’activité.
Rôles- Recueille les données auprès des acheteurs en charge des contrats
- Est partie prenante du processus de gestion de la mise à jour de la base de données
- Organise les données pour faciliter leur exploitation
- Intègre les données dans l'outil SI d’EHS
- Veille, au quotidien, à l'enrichissement des bases de données et en assure la cohérence
- Etablit des modèles statistiques, ou fait des extractions et des analyses, en fonction des demandes.
- Produit les indicateurs associés à la qualité de la gestion de la base de données
- Alerte, en cas de besoin, de toute évolution en écart avec la gouvernance achats et approvisionnement.
Compétences requises- Autonome, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour ingéniosité, votre bon sens relationnel et vous appréciez travailler en équipe.
