Christie's, maison internationale de ventes aux enchères, leader mondial sur le marché de l'art, recrute un(e) Department Coordinator, au sein du département Art Contemporain et d'Après-Guerre en CDI.

Le/La Department Coordinator facilite la relation des spécialistes d'un département, ou d'un groupe de départements, en assurant un support administratif complet. Les tâches accomplies sont variées et suivent pour partie le calendrier des ventes.

Missions principales- Gestion des agendas des spécialistes, préparation des réunions et des déplacements (réservation de voyages, d’hôtels, préparation des itinéraires)- Préparation des notes de frais des directeurs internationaux- Filtre et traitement des appels téléphoniques- Communication avec les clients, notamment pour fixer des rendez-vous et réunions, préparation des mailings, des courriers, et suivi d'actions décidées lors des rendez-vous- Accueil des clients- Traitement des envois par coursier- Traitement des problèmes matériels du bureau : informatique, reprographie, etc.- Préparation des demandes d'accès informatiques pour les nouveaux arrivants- Commande des fournitures- Saisie des bons de commande et des factures- Développement d’une connaissance approfondie des principaux clients et prospects et de leurs collections, de manière à répondre au mieux à leurs besoins- Gestion du système de gestion des informations clients- Participation à l'administration des inventaires, en lien avec les clients, les spécialistes, le département des Inventaires- Aide à la préparation des propositions commerciales, notamment en réunissant des données, des informations ou des illustrations- Liaison avec les autres départements, les autres sites et les institutions partenaires- Préparation des notices d'information sur les ventes à usage interne- Suivi et aide aux spécialistes pour les rapports d’intérêt- Suivi des demandes d'envoi de photographies, de renseignements avant les ventes- Participation aux ventes (clerc, téléphone, internet)

Profil recherché- Excellentes compétences en gestion de la relation clients, notamment, excellentes capacités d'expression écrite et orale- Excellente capacité d’organisation, forte attention aux détails et au suivi des actions planifiées- Excellente capacité à collaborer avec plusieurs départements, groupes de départements ou sites- Excellente capacité à garder son calme dans des situations stressantes et à résoudre les problèmes- Très bon niveau d’anglais- Très bonne connaissance de Word, Excel et Outlook, connaissance élémentaire de JDE serait un plus
