Vos missions
L’enjeu du poste est d’accompagner leur changement d’échelle, accompagner la stratégie RH en suivant une feuille de route, en lien direct avec le CEO.
En appui de l’équipe RH actuelle (3 personnes) et du service juridique et paie, votre mission sera la bonne tenue de la gestion RH courante, organiser le développement de la taille de la structure, et ainsi:
- Piloter la fonction recrutement et la marque employeur pour attirer, fidéliser et développer les talents
- Gérer la politique RPS en lien avec les opérationnels
- Accompagner le développement de la fonction RH au rythme de la croissance businessVos compétences
- Diplômé(e) d’un Bac + 5, idéalement en Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez de minimum 7
ans d’expérience dans des fonctions RH.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du recrutement, ainsi que des connaissances RH
généralistes et des compétences juridiques et sociales.
- Reconnu(e) par vos qualités relationnelles vous savez travailler efficacement en équipe et
capable d’agir en tant que chef(fe) de projet.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils numériques et l’utilisation d’un SIRH.
- Doté(e) d’une sensibilité business, vous avez à cœur de contribuer à une stratégie RH alignée
avec les ambitions de la société.
- Une connaissance des sociétés de conseil ou du BTP sera appréciée.
