Nous recrutons pour notre client, cabinet de conseil en cybersécurité, un Key Account Manager en Cybersécurité.

Sous la supervision du Directeur Commercial, le Key Account Manager en Cybersécurité sera intégré au sein de l'équipe dédiée au développement commercial. Les missions principales de ce poste incluent:

- Assurer le développement commercial des comptes clients.
- Suivre, analyser et cartographier les comptes clients assignés.
- Élaborer une stratégie commerciale pour gérer, développer et soutenir le chiffre d'affaires et la marge sur les services d'intégration de solutions de sécurité, de conseil, en assistance technique et au forfait.
- Réaliser des analyses organisationnelles, identifier les décideurs, les processus et les interlocuteurs clés.
- Détecter et qualifier les besoins et les projets des clients.
- Piloter les appels d'offres et les consultations.
- Gérer les référencements des comptes clients.
- Organiser et participer aux présentations clients.
- Négocier avec les services achats.
- Encadrer et former les collaborateurs pour les entretiens clients.
- Assurer le suivi des missions des consultants relevant de son périmètre.
- Diplôme de niveau Bac +5 en école de commerce ou université.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le domaine de la cybersécurité.
- Connaissance des cycles de vente, y compris les ventes simples et complexes, dans un environnement stimulant.
- Aptitude à la performance, leadership, gestion des priorités, autonomie et détermination.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit fortement souhaitée.
