Rattaché.e directement au directeur du site Moatti, vous avez la responsabilité de gérer l'équipe des ventes et assurer la couverture et la génération de leads afin de favoriser une croissance rentable de l'entreprise.
Vous serez ainsi chargé.e de:
- Développer une stratégie marketing claire basée sur la compréhension de nos marchés, de nos clients et de nos concurrents.
- Promouvoir le développement efficace des compétences liées à l'Industrie, à l'Application, au Processus et/ou au Produit.
- Assurer l'identification et l'exécution d'activités stratégiques visant à favoriser une croissance à long terme.
- Motiver et stimuler les sociétés de vente pour générer de la demande dans les activités établies grâce à l'équipe commerciale mondiale.
- Garantir un support commercial et technique à l'échelle mondiale.
- Des déplacements sont à prévoir tout au long de l'année (environ 50 jours en moyenne).
What you know ? Que connaissez-vous ?
Vous possédez idéalement une double compétence technique et commerciale.
Vous avez une solide expérience dans la gestion des ventes internationales, idéalement dans l'industrie de la filtration ou des technologies propres.
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, ainsi qu'une aptitude à travailler avec des équipes multiculturelles.
Une maîtrise de l'anglais et d'autres langues est un atout.
Le poste sera basé au siège de Moatti à Elancourt.
