En tant qu'Internal Account Manager, vous aurez pour responsabilité le développement du CA et de la marge sur un portefeuille de clients définis:
Accompagner les Commerciaux Terrain dans le suivi de la relation client/partenaire:

- Réaliser des propositions commerciales, assurer le suivi et la réception des documents contractuels : Relances, déblocages, avancement des dossiers,
- Répondre aux clients sur les offres, les propositions, les documents contractuels et process,
- Assurer le suivi de la relation client et présenter les solutions de financement en lien avec les partenaires,
- Animer les relations avec les partenaires : Suivi commercial des dossiers, identification nouvelles opportunités,
- Aider à la préparation des rendez-vous client (présentation, veille marché, recherches), prise de rendez-vous,
- Gérer le portefeuille de contrats arrivant à son terme.

Assurer le suivi qualitatif et quantitatif des dossiers:

- Assurer la relation avec les équipes internes, contribuer à la préparation des comités de décisions, adresser des demandes d'accords spécifiques, transmettre les dossiers signés aux équipes support,
- Etablir des forecasts en lien avec les objectifs fixés et les présenter à son management,
- Assurer le suivi des marges, contrôler la qualité des données de l'outil et demande des éventuelles mesures correctives.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience en lien avec des clients entreprises, idéalement dans le cadre d'une relation tripartite en financement (clients finaux/partenaires) et orienté commerce. La connaissance du financement spécialisé BtoB est un plus (leasing/affacturage...).

La satisfaction client et le développement de l'activité, sans prospection et en support d'ingénieurs commerciaux terrain, est votre priorité.
