Dans le cadre de l'implantation prochaine de la franchise Bo&Mie à Djeddah en Arabie Saoudite, nous recherchons actuellement un responsable de cuisine centrale/responsable de Boulangerie.

Responsabilités:

- Recruter et embaucher du personnel qualifié pour divers postes au sein de la boulangerie.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes tout en assurant une production efficace et un excellent service client.
- Veiller au respect des normes, de la qualité et des protocoles de sécurité alimentaire.
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies pour développer les ventes, accroitre la satisfaction des clients et atteindre les objectifs.
- Gestion des stocks, de l'approvisionnement des matières premières.
- Surveiller et analyser les indicateurs de performance de l'entreprise, identifier les domaines à améliorer et mettre en œuvre ces changements si nécessaire.
- Respecter les réglementations locales et le cahier des charges de la marque.

Exigences:

- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
- Une solide expérience dans un rôle de direction au sein d'une boulangerie franchisée ou d'une industrie de restauration similaire.
- Solide connaissance des processus de production en boulangerie, des réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire et des normes de contrôle de qualité.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et managériale, capacité à gérer et motiver une équipe
- Capacité organisationnelles pour superviser les opérations de la cuisine centrale et du magasin.
- Communication efficace et compétences interpersonnelles pour établir des relations avec le personnel, les clients et les fournisseurs.
- Sens aigu des affaires et capacité d'analyser des données financières, gérer des budgets et de prendre des décisions commerciales.
- Familiarité avec le marché local en Arabie Saoudite
