- Le poste Responsable Processus et Programmes Qualité au sein du SubGroup Imaging (Imaging Processes and Quality Program Manager) consiste à définir et à mettre en place mes processus permettant de développer et suivre en production les produits de l'organisation en répondant aux exigences ST et aux attentes client.
- Pour cela la personne en charge du poste sera amenée:

- à analyser les procédures d'ST (SOP - Standard Operating Procedures), à vulgariser leur contenu afin de partager ces procédures à l'ensemble du personnel d'Imaging concerné.
- à créer de la documentation complémentaire à ces procédures pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des produits de l’organisation. Cette documentation nécessitera une adaptation et une personnalisation des procédures (LOP = Local Operating Procedure).
- à identifier les besoins de formation sur ces procédures par métier et de former le personnel d'Imaging sur celles-ci.
- à travailler sur les demandes non standards des clients (NSR - Non-Standard Requirements), en interfaçant en interne Imaging et avec le responsable NSR d'ST. Il devra consolider les spécificités d'Imaging et les contre-propositions. Lorsque les demandes non standards seront validées par ST, le responsable Processus devra déployer ces exigences au sein d'Imaging.
- à travailler sur le "Déploiement de la Stratégie" (Policy Deployment) avec chaque responsable d'organisation et de consolider ce déploiement avec le General Manager d'Imaging. Il devra ensuite mesurer les résultats de cette stratégie tous les trimestres, identifier les déviations et travailler sur les plans d'améliorations avec les responsables des organisations concernées.
- à être l'interface Imaging concernant les initiatives Qualité engagées par l'organisation Corporate Qualité de la compangie. Il consolidera les réponses d'Imaging et défendra la stratégie de l'organisation dans les differents groupes de travail.
- à mettre en place et à suivre régulièrement les programmes Qualité de l'organisation. Il devra définir ces programmes afin qu'ils soient cohérents avec les priorités annuelles d'Imaging. Il s'assurera également de l'efficacité des actions mises en place.
- à être également l'un des champions "FMEA" (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) d'Imaging. Il devra supporter les équipes de développement produits dans les réunions de travail FMEA pour définir les risques et les actions à identifier. Il sera également l'un des référents pour former le personnel Imaging sur le processus FMEA.

**Profile**:

- Connaissance des Procédures Système Qualité et des métiers de la Qualité.
- Connaissance de la physique du semi-conducteur. Expériences dans le milieu de la microélectronique.
- Etre formé au FMEA (Analyse des modes de défaillances et des effets associés).
- Communication, attitudes pédagogiques et d'écoute.
