Sales Operation Manager

Dans ce contexte nous recrutons notre futur **Sales Ops**, en semi-présentiel selon localisation (**minimum 4 jours par mois** sur site à Bourg en Bresse : 1H50 de TGV de Paris ou Marseille).
**Être Sales Ops chez N2JSOFT c’est**:
**CRM**
- Contrôler toute la data de la CRM
- Mettre en place les automatisations dans la CRM
- Détecter les facteurs clés de succès pour orienter la stratégie commerciale
**Commerce**
- Optimiser les process commerciaux mis en place,
- Etablir les KPIs important pour le suivi commercial,
- Analyser les KPIs commerciaux et mettre en place les actions pour les optimiser,
- Établir des prévisions de vente
- Réaliser les supports et les programmes pour l’enablement des commerciaux,
- Réaliser les supports et les programmes d’onboarding des nouveaux commerciaux,
- Mettre en place et interconnecter les logiciels aidant la performance commerciale
- Évaluer les compétences et les besoins en formation des commerciaux
- Aider au recrutement de la force de vente
**Aide au marketing**
- Identifier les comptes clés à prospecter
- Mettre en place les outils pour automatiser la prospection
**Pour réussir à ce poste**:
- De formation scientifique type ingénieur (bac+3/5),
- Vous avez une expérience from scratch réussie en tant que Sales ops ou assimilés chez un éditeur SaaS BtoB,
- Vous maitrisez les chiffres, les outils d’analyse de datas, les outils CRM,
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et vous savez prioriser,
- Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse,
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais.
