Descriptif du poste

Rattaché au Lead Manger pour leur BU internationale et dédiée à un client de renommée mondiale, votre mission principale consiste à être le garant de la gestion des plans qualité pour l'ensemble des produits de la division la plus stratégique du Groupe.

A ce titre, vous définissez la stratégie Qualité de votre business unit, tout en vous appuyant sur une équipe de quality seniors managers.

Représentant de la qualité auprès de vos interlocuteurs à la centrale, vous garantissez la qualité des produits fabriqués et livrés partout dans le monde, en vue de satisfaire votre client, fabricant et partenaire stratégique pour le Groupe.

Pour cela, vous pilotez les activités d’amélioration au sein de la Business unit en veillant au respect des indicateurs, la mesure de la satisfaction client et participez à l’amélioration de la qualité des produits en vous assurant notamment que ceux-ci sont en conformité avec l’ensemble du cahier des charges, des contraintes, et des dispositions à respecter.

En tant que Global Quality Director, vous travaillez sur le respect de la prévention et assurance qualité des nouveaux projets tout en veillant à créer des synergies entre les business unit en interne. Vous participez et définissez également les « target » qualité en liaison étroite avec les business Head.

Enfin, vous coordonnez et pilotez la performance clients dans l’objectif de répondre à vos interlocuteurs internationaux

Profil recherché

Ingénieur de formation ou équivalent, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans le domaine de la qualité. Vous avez évolué sur des fonctions managériales dans un contexte international et disposez de bonnes connaissances du secteur automobile idéalement dans un environnement grande série.

La maîtrise d’un anglais courant est indispensable pour ce poste. Des déplacements à l'international sont à prévoir dans le cadre de vos fonctions.

Charismatique et rigoureux, vous faites preuve d’une réelle écoute, d'un très bon relationnel et d'excellentes capacités d'adaptation. Votre force de conviction et de négociation sont de réels atouts pour ce poste. Enfin, votre esprit collaboratif vous permettra de vous épanouir pleinement au sein du Groupe notamment dans le cadre de vos perspectives d’évolution en interne.
