**A propos d’ALPAO**

ALPAO est une entreprise de haute technologie, fortement innovante, qui se positionne aujourd’hui

comme le **leader mondial des systèmes d’Optique Adaptative**.

Depuis plus de 15 ans, nous concevons et produisons une large gamme de miroirs déformables, des

capteurs de front d’onde, des logiciels jusqu’aux systèmes sur-mesure. L’optique adaptative (OA) est

aujourd’hui une technologie bien connue des concepteurs de systèmes optiques. C’est peut-être parce

qu’à première vue, elle paraît magique. Une image floue entre dans le système d’OA et en ressort plus

nette La technologie et l'expertise d’ALPAO permettent aux utilisateurs de corriger les déformations

des rayons optiques en temps réel et ainsi de récupérer des images de très haute résolution.

Nos produits sont conçus tant pour la recherche et communautés scientifiques que pour l’industrie

quantiques, l’ophtalmologie, la microscopie, la microélectronique, le contrôle industriel, ou encore les

scientifiques pluridisciplinaires, avec notamment le développement de miroirs déformables pour le plus

grand télescope mondial _Extremely Large Telescope _(Chili)_ _et des collaborations avec des prix Nobels,

pour répondre à des projets de recherche d’envergure internationale.

Exportatrice à plus de 90%, nous comptons par exemple dans nos clients privilégiés des grands

organismes tels que Airbus Space & Defense, Thales, Carl Zeiss ou bien encore l’université d’Harvard et

l’observatoire du W.M. Keck, à Hawaï.

**Le poste et les missions**

Nous recrutons un **Directeur Technique H/F **pour renforcer nos équipes.

Rattaché au Président / Directeur Général de l’entreprise et membre du comité de direction, votre

responsabilité sera de définir et exécuter la stratégie technique de l'entreprise. Vous pilotez les

développements produits (bureau d’études), les projets (clients et internes), ainsi que les opérations

(production, méthodes, achats, supply chain).

Vous supervisez en direct un responsable de service BE, un responsable achats/supply, un responsable

production/méthodes et trois chefs de projets techniques.

Vous assurez la coordination des sujets en lien avec les autres services de l’entreprise (service

commercial, direction scientifique).

Dans ce cadre, vous êtes également le garant du respect des règles d'éthique et du bon fonctionnement

en lien avec la culture et les valeurs de l'entreprise.

Vos missions principales seront:

- Planification, coordination et suivi des projets
- Elaborer et mettre en place la stratégie ainsi que la feuille de route produits
- Piloter les projets R&D clients et internes
- Définir et superviser les projets d’amélioration continue interne
- Définir les méthodologies de projets et superviser leur mise en œuvre
- Construire les budgets, superviser la tenue des délais, identifier des ressources nécessaires

et arbitrages en collaboration avec les chefs de projets en poste
- Valider les offres techniques, des budgets, des livrables et des plans de test
- Coordonner les développements et la production des systèmes et DM (projets clients et

projets internes)
- Etablir les normes qualité des produits et les faire appliquer au sein des équipes de

conception et de production
- Suivre les écarts et les budgets en collaboration étroite avec la Direction Administrative et

Financière, construction et suivi de tableaux de bord
- Pilotage des développements Bureau d’études
- Piloter le développement des produits
- Gérer l’introduction des nouveaux produits en production
- Définir et mettre en place les processus bureau d’étude (processus de développement et de

travail avec les autres services de l’entreprise)
- Participer au positionnement technologique et stratégique de l’entreprise et le traduire de

manière opérationnelle
- Gestion des opérations
- Elaborer et mettre en place la stratégie industrielle
- Piloter les activités de production des produits : ordonnancement, plan de production,

ordres de fabrication, qualité opérationnelle, gestion des aléas.
- Gérer les activités d’industrialisation (méthodes) : MBOM, gammes de fabrication,

instructions de montage, outillages pour les produits courants et les nouveaux produits)
- Superviser les activités supply chain et achats : planification (PIC / PDP), commandes,

réceptions, stocks, import, politique achats, développement fournisseur, qualité

fournisseurs
- Piloter les budgets internes
