Landor is looking for a** Business Development assistant** to join our **Paris studio**.

- When? Starting July 2024 for a 6-month internship.
- Where? In our WPP Campus in Levallois-Perret.

**What you'll do**

As part of our Growth & Marketing Team, you will support in all areas of Business Development for Landor (France & Switzerland) by assisting the Business Development & Marketing Director. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Get immersed into the world of branding & design,
- Achieve a deep understanding of Landor's offering and expertise,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key departments in the agency such as Client Services, Design and Strategy,
- Support with monitoring new business activities, tracking leads and updating status in internal software (Sugar CRM),
- Support in the delivery of new business projects including creative pitches:

- Attend meetings and prepare contact reports,
- Support with presentations preparation,
- Assist in the coordination of calendars & internal teams to meet timeline,
- Assist in the preparation of methodology, budget & timings proposals.
- Become a prospect guru, understanding their organisation and business challenges -leveraging tools such as Sales Navigator,
- Stay aware of priority industries news to share weekly updates with Growth team,
- Conduct regular benchmark of agency competitors to understand market tendencies,
- Work closely with Marketing & Communication to connect the dots between marketing activities and growth, specifically when it comes to Sales Marketing campaigns,
- Support Marketing & Communication assistant with events organisation (ie. LinkedIn live, or physical events) as great opportunities to generate new leads,
- Be a stickler for detail, ensuring all presentations, proposals and communications are error free and of the highest quality.

**What you'll need**
- Fluent in French and advanced in English is a must,
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,
- Project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines,
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
- An ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally,
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, the Landor global network, WPP partners as well as external stakeholders, such as prospects,
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Keynote, and Miro,
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-borders with key stakeholders based abroad,
- A solutions-driven outlook, fuelled by curiosity and an innovative mind,
- Passion for branding and design,
- A past internship in the field is a plus.
