About the role

Responsible for the growth and ultimate success of customer accounts in MVPD/Operators segment in Europe.

Develop strategic sales in coordination with sales engineering, customer success, product Management & business development, in order to increase market share.

What you’ll do

Identify potential business across defined territories to achieve/exceed bookings/revenue targets and manage sales pipeline and forecasting.

Build and manage relationships on multiple levels with past, current, and potential clients.

Act as a liaison and develop relationships between our business and the client, promote customer retention and satisfaction.

Establish trust and understand the client’s operations, objectives, and needs. Recommend solutions that address their specific needs, explaining their benefits, and uses to clearly show how they align with the clients’ needs.

Drive customers and market feedback internally to contribute to MediaKind’s product strategy.

Identity best go to market model for selected clients, and work with potential partners.

Accountable towards customers for sales, pre-sales and delivery including setting customer strategy, customer presentations, and negotiation.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations and negotiation skills.

Excellent active listening skills.

Proven, extensive experience in international sales, preferably in the media industry, software and SaaS business models.

Ability to solve conflicts decisively and diplomatically

Able to translate customer and market insight into customer strategy

Additional Qualifications

Exposure to Operator TV ecosystem.

Ability to see emerging trends and recognize potential growth opportunities
