Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Harmonic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead the business development and growth of our Fiber/PON and Broadband Solutions in Southern and parts of Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior level business and technical executives to showcase the benefits of deploying multi-gigabit services with our Broadband solution.
  • Manage and develop the direct or indirect sales strategy for our identified solutions, aligned to our Go-To-Market model and strategy.
  • Report key information in a timely manner and bring visibility to the Company with accurate forecasting.
  • Effectively engage sales resources, solutions, product management, program management, partners, executive team, and legal to coordinate internal and external participation in tactical and strategies initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed the agreed sales and profit targets for Harmonic's business within the defined customer and/or territory.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a regional sales management and/or business development role acquired in the Fiber/PON and Broadband market sectors and named accounts targeted.
  • Pipeline/forecast management and ability to articulate business case.
  • Broadband Access and Fiber/PON knowledge and proven sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English is a must and French is a plus.
