**Description du poste**:
Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:
- Former et accompagner nos clients dans la prise en main de nos produits ;
- Gérer le portefeuille client ;
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins de nos clients ;
- Élaborer une stratégie de fidélisation client ;
- Recueillir des feedbacks et l’expérience utilisateur pour proposer des pistes d’amélioration ;
- Proposer des services à nos clients afin d'améliorer leur satisfaction (up-selling ou cross-selling) ;
- Rédiger des rapports et mettre à jour les comptes clients ;
- Suivre le plan d’action et analyser les résultats et KPI ;
**Profil recherché**:
De formation commerciale, vous avez une expérience réussie de minimum4/5 ans auprès d'une clientèle Grands Comptes, dans **l'univers de la confiance numérique ou auprès de société éditrices de logiciels.**
Nous recherchons avant tout un tempérament orienté satisfaction client.
