Le secteur des marketplaces croît deux fois plus rapidement que l'ensemble du eCommerce. La mission de Mirakl est simple : nous aidons plus de 350+ clients à saisir cette opportunité en leur apportant la première solution SaaS de marketplace, une expertise inégalée et un écosystème de vendeurs et de partenaires pour accélérer le lancement et la croissance de leur marketplace.

Notre dernière levée de fonds de 555 millions de dollars en série E valorise Mirakl à plus de 3,5 milliards de dollars et nous place parmi les acteurs les plus dynamiques de l'eCommerce au niveau mondial.

Pour contribuer à la rapide plateformisation du e-commerce et participer à notre croissance, Mirakl est à la recherche d'un.e **HR Project Manager Apprentice **en alternance à partir de septembre 2023** **pour 12 mois**.**

**_ Votre Équipe:_**

Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous intégrez le collectif des People Partners en charge de l'accompagnement des collaborateurs et des managers et de différents projets RH. Vous êtes accompagné(e) au quotidien par un senior People Partner mais travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe.

**_ Votre Rôle :_**

Dans l'équipe_ People_, vous vous investissez sur ces missions:
**1. Formation et développement**
- Accompagner et contribuer à la réalisation du déploiement de programmes de formation pour les collaborateurs Mirakl, et être en veille de nouveaux programmes (formation des managers, programme de coaching, 360 etc.)
- Gérer l'organisation des sessions de formation; préparer les sessions, inscrire les participants, gérer la relation avec les différents organismes et la facturation.
- Contribuer au suivi de l'impact des formations et mise en place d'outils de reporting.

**2. Diversité et Inclusion**
- Être force de proposition pour faire de Mirakl un environnement de travail divers et inclusif.
- Gérer en autonomie les actions de sensibilisation (Duoday, active Bystander Program )
- Assurer une approche globale des actions de diversité et d'inclusion en lien avec les enjeux et régulations locales des différents bureaux de Mirakl (France, USA, UK, Allemagne, Espagne )

**3. Accompagnement RH des stagiaires et alternants**
- Être le point de contact privilégié des stagiaires, alternants et de leurs managers
- Suivre le cycle de vie collaborateurs et assurer une expérience enrichissante et positive
- Collecter du feedback et améliorer quotidiennement l'expérience collaborateur en lien avec les valeurs de Mirakl.

Plus largement, vous serez amené à accompagner l'équipe _People_ à la réalisation des projets transverses RH sur un scope international (Diversité et Inclusion, SIRH, process RH, diffusion de la culture Mirakl dans un contexte de forte croissance).

**_ Votre Profil :_**
- Vous êtes actuellement en formation RH (Bac+5) en école de commerce ou en université, avec idéalement une première expérience professionnelle en RH
- Vous êtes sensible aux sujets de développement RH et de responsabilité sociale d'entreprise
- Le français et l'anglais n'ont pas de secret pour vous (écrit et oral)
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (**Excel**, Powerpoint ) et la connaissance d'outils collaboratifs serait un plus
- Vous êtes de tempérament curieux, proactif et rigoureux
- Vous recherchez une alternance de 12 mois à partir de septembre 2023
