About the job
The Program Director, IT & Infrastructure will be in charge with the Société Générale Program Director of conducting our infrastructure transformation program’s detailed study & execution on the Ayvens perimeter.
What are you going to do?- Organize and drive the study and execution governance for Ayvens business unit.- Ensure the communication and interface between the infrastructure transformation program management, Ayvens business unit and countries, and the transversal streams.- Put in place and lead the governance committees, and follow-up committed execution roadmap.- In charge of the planning, and milestones delivery.- Identify risks, highlight alerts, and follow-up mitigation plans.- Ensure budgets follow-up and consistency.- Keep all stakeholders committed by communicating and building a team spirit.
Who are we looking for?- Over 15 years’ experience in IT field with strong experience within Program / Portfolio / Project Management field.- Excellent Infrastructure and Software Development program management and change management skills.- Good knowledge on Complex deployment or decommissioning IT ecosystem programs.- Excellent People Management and Coaching skills.- Strong stakeholder management skills.- Strong time management skills and influencing skills.- English (fluent, verbally and written). French or Deutch could as optional.
The interview process you can expect- 1st round: a 30-minute-conversation with a Talent Acquisition Partner (soft skills related).- 2nd round: a 1-hour conversation with the Hiring Manager & HR Business Partner with an assignment to prepare (position related).
