**Your contribution**:

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota for regions and territories. Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Manage key customer relationships & lead negotiations for strategically important accounts. Develop long term relationship with the customer built on integrity and trust - growing and nurturing the network within their business
- Constantly adapt sales volume, product mix, and selling price to market requirements; keep up with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Build a strong pipeline of future business, drive opportunities with a high probability of closure and ensure business development in new markets
- Monitor track record of Sales Managers. Coach sales talents by regular feedbacks and trainings
- Work with inside sales and partners such as Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering and R&D for leveraged effectiveness & to constantly innovate our products and grow sales

**Your strengths**:

- Completed university degree in Business Administration or a similar field of study
- At least 7 years working experience in a leading sales role and a consistent track-record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience in B2B and B2C Sales of product lines that require technical explanation, ideally of the plastic/film industry
- Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy
- Very good knowledge of sales excellence processes with clear KPIs focusing on customer segmentation, strategic account plans, new customer development, pipeline management
- Leading others by: managing people - establish clear directions & set stretching objectives, strong communication skills & inspirational/influencing skills to bring out the best of people
- Proactive & independent working style/ trustworthy, transparent and communicating personality
- Very good analytical skills to set priorities in the pipeline & margins
- Business fluent in French & English, other languages would be a plus
- Ability to travel up to 60%
