**Rattaché(e) au RRH, le/la Senior Talent Acquisition Manager doit parfaitement comprendre la vision du Président sur l’Humain et aura pour mission d’accompagner la RRH dans le pilotage et la réalisation de la stratégie RH.**

Nous vous proposons de rejoindre notre team HR en devenant notre futur : Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
- Vous serez le business partner en charge de tous les aspects du recrutement et collaborerez étroitement avec l’ensemble de l’équipe RH.

Vous initierez des projets en talent acquisition afin de faire rayonner et développer notre marque employeur.
- Par ailleurs, vous piloterez les relations avec nos partenaires externes (écoles/ prescripteurs emploi/ acteurs spécialisés ou cabinets de recrutements) dans le but d'attirer les meilleurs talents en France et à l'Internationale.
- Vous aurez à coeur de créer des équipes performantes, reflétant toutes les dimensions de diversité.

**PROFIL IDEAL**
- Vous avez une **expérience confirmée d'idéalement 5 ans en recrutement **au sein d'un hôtel 5étoiles/palace, d'une marque de luxe et/ou d'un groupe de restauration.

Vous maîtrisez l'utilisation des réseaux sociaux et des dernières techniques de recrutement (type entretien vidéo, forum virtuel....).
- Expert en sourcing, vous êtes formé(e) aux techniques d'approche directe/ chasse de tête et aux méthodes de webtracking : LinkedIn recruiter, job boards...

Vous savez organiser des évènements recrutement en volume type assessment center/job dating/ forums écoles.
- Vous possédez une expérience internationale, ayant travaillé sur des projets dans plusieurs pays.
- Enfin vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise en anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit (Niveau C1 minimum) et savez jongler avec des missions différentes, des deadlines parfois courtes et des projets additionnels, grâce à votre excellent sens de la priorisation, complété par une bonne dose d'agilité, de flexibilité et de proactivité.

Situé au coeur de Paris, l’Hôtel Madame Rêve inscrit le renouveau de l’hôtellerie de luxe. Un hôtel 5 étoiles unique niché au sein de l’immeuble iconique de la Poste du Louvre, imaginé comme un véritable lieu de vie avec 82 chambres et suites, un espace bien-être et 3 espaces de restauration:

- Le Madame Rêve Café ouvert tout au long de la journée avec son bar magistral et sa terrasse (300 m²). Cuisine méditerranéenne.
- La Plume, restaurant situé au 3ème étage avec un patio entièrement végétalisé et son bar confidentiel avec une vue imprenable sur Paris (500 m²). Cuisine inspirée d'un Japon contemporain.
- Le Rooftop tel un jardin suspendu en plein ciel (1000 m²). Cocktails et restauration légère.

L’hôtel Madame Rêve fait partie du Groupe Laurent Taïeb qui déploie un programme de développement dynamique, reposant sur la maitrise du parcours des émotions et une ouverture résolue sur la ville. Depuis 30 ans, Laurent Taïeb crée, exploite et anime des lieux de vie sous la forme d’hôtels, de restaurants et de bars.
