About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent gaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent gaps
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Implement best practices in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve talent acquisition processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in employer branding and utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret recruitment data to drive improvements
