Dans le cadre de son développement, Exclusive Networks recrute un(e) Sales Leader. En support des commerciaux, vous aurez pour mission de déployer la politique commerciale de la société.

**En tant que Sales Leader, vous serez amené(e) à**:

- Pilotage dune équipe commerciale basée en Ile de france
- Dérouler la stratégie commerciale définie par le Directeur Commercial
- Être à la fois un manager et un coach afin aire grandir son équipe et les responsabiliser
- Accompagner son équipe sur les rendez-vous clients/Vendors
- Fournir un reporting précis des prévisions de ventes de son équipe
- Mettre en place les KPI pour son équipe
- Dynamiser lactivité commerciale de son équipe
