**Description de l'entreprise** The Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris**, a Palace entirely renovated by Philippe Starck, comprises 149 rooms and suites, two restaurants - "Matsuhisa Paris," dedicated to Japanese cuisine, and "Il Carpaccio," an Italian Michelin-starred restaurant, a cinema, an Arts Gallery and Library, and a Spa.

**Maison Delano **located in the heart of the prestigious 8th Arrondissement in an 18th century mansion, a luxury hotel boasting 56 extraordinary rooms and suites and home to La Chambre Bleue by Michelin Star Chef Dani García, a vibrant French-Andalusian festive restaurant and bar nestled in the mansion’s historical courtyard, as well as Delano Bar.

Cluster position for both properties owned by Katara Hospitality.

The position holder defines the hotel's pricing strategy with a focus on revenue optimization and the evolution of RevPar and overseeing the Reservations Department for both properties.

On a daily basis, they provide detailed numerical analyses of the hotel's results, changes in client accounts, and markets worked by the sales department to enable informed decision-making in the development strategy. They assist the sales department by providing detailed data on the hotel's situation in order to refine the development strategy. They ensure the dissemination of the hotel's pricing strategy and maintain communication with Accor and Raffles to ensure the proper functioning of distribution and reservation systems.

**Responsibilities**:
I. Revenue
- Has a perfect understanding of all department procedures and establishment service standards.
- Responsible for the hotel's pricing strategy and ensures its correct implementation.
- Regularly conducts a comprehensive analysis of the hotel's performance, providing reports with recommendations to optimize the long-term strategy.
- Supervises the daily calculation of figures, pick-up analysis, and realized figures, making necessary recommendations for the sales department to make informed decisions.
- Maximizes market share.
- Daily checks the accuracy of all announced rates.
- Analyzes statistical reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to provide precise recommendations to the sales department.
- Collaborates with the Sales Department on budgets, different rates, and hotel offers.
- Analyzes and exploits competitor pricing data, overall results of our competitors, and makes decisions tailored to situations.
- Provides forecasts on expected results, variations, and budget allocation.
- Maintains constant communication with Distribution Support for tariff updates and information about the hotel.
- Prepares and analyzes monthly reports sent to the group and the owner.

II. Reservations
- Ensures and verifies the proper functioning of the telephone and online reservation process.
- Ensures and verifies the quality of data entered by the team.
- Ensures a perfect understanding of the procedures, policies, and standards that the Reservations team must master.
- Integrates and supports all Reservation staff.
- Ensures the maintenance of the quality of applied procedures.
- Ensures effective follow-up of reservations made by sending messages to clients throughout the customer experience cycle.

**Scope of Responsibilities**:
The position holder will carry out their duties within the Royal Monceau Raffles Paris and Maison Delano based on a 70% / 30% presence.
**Qualifications**
- Methodical, organized, and autonomous.

- Managerial and organizational skills.
- Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue and Reservations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hospitality or Restaurant sector.
- Experience with Micros or Fidelio and RMS.
