**Contexte**:
Tessan, start-up française spécialisée en télémédecine avec pour objectifs de lutte contre les déserts médicaux, se développe dans toute la France (avec près de 1000 dispositifs déployés en moins de 5 ans, et ce n'est qu'un début ). Notre objectif ? Permettre à chaque français d'avoir accès à un médecin à moins de 25 minutes de chez lui. Pour cela, nous cherchons à être présent dans chaque région française et nous recrutons notre futur(e) Customer Success Manager Terrain - IDF (H/F) afin d'animer notre clientèle locale & de participer à notre croissance commerciale
**En tant que Customer Success Manager Terrain - IDF (H/F), tu auras pour mission de**:
**_ Gestion de ton portefeuille client (pharmaciens,...) sur le terrain_** **_:_**
- Onboarder tes clients sur nos produits & solutions innovants
- Conseiller tes clients dans l’optimisation et l’utilisation des équipements fournis
- Te former en continu afin d'assurer une expertise dans la relation-client
- Détecter des opportunités d'upsell
**_ Assurer la satisfaction des clients_**_ :_**
- Accompagner tes clients de manière proactive en identifiant leurs besoins et en y répondant
- Gérer leurs réclamations et suivre les réalisation des éléments de résolution des incidents/maintenance
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers en lien direct avec l’équipe support technique.
**_ Analyser les performances et proposer des optimisations_**_ :_**
- Suivre le plan d’actions et analyser les résultats et indicateurs de performance.
- Reporting d’activité.
**Tu habites idéalement près de Paris (Ouest).**
**Des déplacements quotidiens sont à prévoir sur la région Île-de-France (1 découché/semaine en moyenne).**

Toi, notre futur(e) Customer Success Manager - IDF (H/F) _**:
- Tu as une expérience confirmée en tant que Customer Success Manager ou comme Account Manager Terrain, dans une entreprise B to B (idéalement en start-up)
- Plus que ta formation ou tes expériences, c’est ta personnalité qui attirera notre attention : tu fais preuve d'un excellent relationnel et tu es attiré(e) pour travailler dans un univers start-up
- Tu es orienté(e) client, tu es organisé(e) et proactif
- Tu maîtrises l'organisation de plan de tournée
**Rémunération & Avantages**:
Salaire fixe : 30K€-40K€ brut sur 12 mois (selon profil)
Variable : sur objectifs (4K€ bruts annuels)
