Nous recherchons pour notre client association spécialisée dans l'accompagnement de personne en situation de handicap, à Colombes(92),

**un Office manager H/F dans le cadre d'une longue mission avec démarrage immédiat pour une de leur structure ( population environ 80 personnes)**

Vos Missions:
**Pôle RH**

*** **Gestion des dossiers du personnel; création / affiliation /gestion des congés/maladie/ visites médicales etc....

**Gestion des nouveaux salariés embauchés

**Saisie et suivi des variables de la paies

**Suivi des formations des salariés

**Pole administratif**

**Gestion des appels / Accueil physique

**Affichage obligatoire

**Gestion du courrier affranchissement / tri / dispatch Mettre en forme les informations (prise de note, mise en plage de documents, création de documents, tableaux )

**Assister aux réunions d'équipe et rédiger le compte-rendu

**Organisation des réunions / Organisation des événements

**Gestion et commandes de fournitures

**Suivi des factures fournisseurs etc...

**Soutien au suivi des dossiers médico-sociaux**

**Suivre les admissions et sorties d’usagers en lien avec l’équipe de direction et la chargée de missions médico-sociale

**Tenue du tableau de suivi MDPH, dossier de renouvellement en lien la chargée de missions médico-sociale

Vous êtes titulaire d'un bac +2/+3,

vous disposez d'une expérience similaire d'au moins 2 ans.

Une connaissance du secteur sanitaire, social et médico-social est appréciée.

- A l’aise dans l’utilisation de logiciels (gestion du temps, gestion comptable/paie, facturation), maîtrise du Pack Office et Outlook

Situé à Colombes, à proximité de la ligne L et du tramway T2, l'établissement est également desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus dont le 176 et le 178.
