The incumbent serves as a thought-partner to the CCO and work closely together to set and execute on companywide
sales and marketing priorities and goals. He/She leads the CCO agenda in engagement with the leadership
team to accelerate and deliver comprehensive business support to the Commercial leadership teams and product/
markets leads.
- Manage top priority marketing initiatives that require cross-disciplinary and cross-functional implementation

(across multiple groups and geographies)
- Be accountable for ensuring the right governance & clarity of asks/communications of strategic commercial

topics are managed through the most efficient channels and the right level of engagement.
- You will act as the Commercial direction control tower ensuring that the right commercial strategies are

reviewed at the right place, and the right time.
- Act as an integrator, connecting activities across teams that would otherwise lack a cross-functional lens
- Execute projects that require utmost confidentiality and/or urgency for the organization
- Lead the design and implementation of processes and systems to improve the organizational effectiveness

and bring better organization and transparency to ad hoc activities
- Use influence in guiding teams to deliver on the strategic priorities
- The role is also accountable for performing after-action-reviews to further improve efficiency, speed,

simplification and quality of inputs/outputs and governance ways of working overall.
- Build strong relationships with session owners providing guidance and support.
- Track delivery against actions and progress of transversal workstreams.
- Ensure appropriate scheduling, quality of input and on time deliverables (pre reads etc) for the key

commercial governance areas.
- Definition and championing of internal global commercial communications incl town halls, all hands etc to

ensure input into and understanding of strategy and operational focus.
- Own communication for the CMO office with both internal and external parties
