En tant qu'alternant(e) Communication et Team building Officer, tu rejoindras le pôle de la banque d’investissement de la Société Générale, et plus précisément la tribu au sein du département. Cette tribu a en charge le développement des moteurs de calculs des risques de marché financier. Et au sein de leurs journées bien remplies, les membres de la tribu auront besoin de ton énergie, ta bienveillance et tes bonnes idées pour continuer à donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes.

Concrètement tu seras amené(e) sous la supervision de ton tuteur(rice) ou manager à:

- Animer les canaux de communication de la tribu : tu rédigeras et mettras en forme les contenus partagés de la tribu (MSTeams, SharePoint...) et tu en feras la publicité au sein de la tribu
- Accompagner l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants : tu seras responsable de l’accueil des nouveaux arrivants (petit-déjeuner ) et de leurs inscriptions dans les différents référentiels, et inversement lors de leur départ.
- Organiser des événements internes catalyseurs d'énergie positive : tu créeras des événements mensuels afin de maintenir un bon esprit d’équipe (pilotage du projet, communication, organisation)
- Participer aux newsletters du département : tu aideras à la rédaction ou rédigeras toi-même des contenus pour la newsletter du département afin de mettre en avant notre tribu
- Soutenir les actions RSE : tu participeras aux différentes actions RSE, notamment en effectuant une veille des communications internes sur le sujet

- Tu prépares un Bac +4/+5 en Ecole de Commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en communication, événementiel,
