**RH HUMANISTE**, cabinet de Conseil en Ressources Humaines & Recrutement, recherche pour son client,** Cabinet de conseil en forte croissance basé à Paris (75) boostant la performance économique des entreprises telles que Total, SNCF, Sanofi, et Engie, **1 SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE F/H.**

Spécialisés dans la détection de gains sur tous les postes de charges, ils évaluent, diagnostiquent et proposent des recommandations pour une amélioration durable des charges opérationnelles de leurs clients. Reconnue sur le marché du conseil pour leur expertise métier premium et leurs fortes valeurs humaines.

En tant que Sales Development Representative, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la génération des opportunités commerciales pour l'équipe. Vous devrez identifier, contacter et qualifier nos prospects : vous êtes l'alpha, ce par quoi tout commence

Vous allez contribuez à la structuration d'une équipe Sales qui grandit vite avec de très fortes ambitions. Cette expérience vous permettra de rapidement monter en compétence et d'évoluer au sein de notre entité

Votre mission consistera à:

- Prospecter et générer des leads qualifiés pour nos Business Developers.
- Décrocher des rdvs auprès de cibles C-Level (DRH, DHA, DAF, etc.) et des leads qualifiés.
- Travailler main dans la main avec le Directeur Commercial et les Business Developer pour développer le pipeline et atteindre les objectifs mensuels
- Veiller à rentrer des données claires et pertinentes des clients potentiels dans notre outil CRM
- Participer au lancement de nos nouvelles offres de service.

Liste non exhaustive

Diplomé(e) d'un Master en business développement ou diplôme d’école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, vous disposez de 2 ans d'expérience hors alternance en développement commercial BtoB dont la prospection téléphonique, idéalement une expérience dans le secteur du conseil.

Maîtrise avancée du pack office dont Excel (VBA)

Maîtrise de la négociation commerciale

Maîtrise des techniques de vente

Contrat : CDI
