**Votre rôle***:
En tant que Team Lead Account Manager, vous êtes responsable du développement et de la fidélisation de votre portefeuille clients (150 clients), et de l'encadrement de l'équipe AM (4 personnes).

**Au sein de l’équipe Sales, vous aurez pour missions**:
**Gérer votre portefeuille de clients de A à Z en définissant et appliquant une stratégie de développement des comptes**:

- Identifier les besoins clients et les transformer en opportunités commerciales
- Renewal : en fonction du scoring de la satisfaction client, mettre en place une stratégie d’engagement pour prolonger l’engagement de nos clients
- L’upsell : identifier les opportunités d’upsell
- Le Cross-sell : identifier et closer les opportunités de cross-sell
- La prévention du churn : en collaboration avec l'équipe CSM, identifier les cas potentiels et mettre en place des plans d’action pour inverser la tendance

**Participer à des projets transverses pour booster le potentiel commercial de Leeto**:

- Faire preuve de proactivité pour améliorer sans cesse les processus Sales
- Remonter aux équipes Produit & Tech les demandes d’amélioration ou de nouvelles fonctionnalités des clients
- Collaborer avec le marketing en identifiant nos clients-ambassadeurs

**Encadrement de l’équipe d’Account Managers**:

- Coacher et accompagner les Account Managers dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs et leur développement

- Vous comptez au minimum 7 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire et dans un environnement similaire

- Grâce à vos qualités relationnelles, vous savez vous adapter à toutes les situations et proposer les meilleures solutions à vos clients
- Autonome et rigoureux, vous êtes capable de prendre rapidement des initiatives et des responsabilités
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership et pour votre esprit d’équipe
- Vous êtes organisé et vous savez comment prioriser votre portefeuille client
